The ideal candidate is someone who embraces scrum values and has experience in agile methodologies and software development tools.

Responsibilities:

• Owns the Scrum Process.
• Facilitate all the Scrum Events.
• Mentor & coach Scrum Teams in the Scrum Methodology.
• Facilitate and assist the team in resolving impediments.
• Leading the Scrum Teams to excel with implementation of improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, Master or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or any other fields.
• Certified Agile Practitioner with a minimum of 7 years working experience in software development and a minimum of 3 years in playing Scrum Master role.

Must have technical skills:

• Embrace Agile Pillars and Scrum Values
• Experience in other agile methodologies, such as SAFe, Disciplined Agile, etc., will have an added advantage
• Well-versed in the usage of JIRA and Confluence for Agile Software Development

Must have soft skills:

• Strong process improvement background and ability to adapt, teach, mentor, and guide individual contributors
• Good command of English in both Oral & Written
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and conflict management is a MUST
