will be responsible for the overall strategy, performance, and growth of all Core Services i.e. Software Development, IT Consultancy and Project Management pursuits, in Malaysia and Indonesia.

Internally, you enjoy advising leadership teams in the development, production, and promotion of solution offerings to grow a consulting services line of business.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the customer / IT liaison during analysis, requirements definition, and design activities.
• Provide strategic advice for business processes and solutions and collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
• Team up with scrum team i.e. software engineers, architects, devops engineers to develop convincing solution alternatives.
• Technically and functionally sound in making decisions based on business impact and with that prioritize the backlog.
• Able to create user stories for requirements, write technical requirements, and continuously groom the existing backlog.
• Run and coordinate alignments between across scrums teams for any sprint items dependencies and other 3rd party vendor teams.
• Provide advice and direction on the product.
• Drive adoption of the products within the business community based on real user needs & strategic direction.
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
• Strong understanding on trends in technology in general, focusing on API as a Product, Agile, and Cloud Computing.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• > 3 or more years of experience as a seasoned Business Analyst in a distributed Agile Software Development setting, experience utilizing agile delivery processes and relevant tools.
• Ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts to a non-technical and technical audience in English (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with global partners to build bonds, inspire, influence, and accomplish goals.
• Bring excellent analytical capabilities, self-responsibility, and customer orientation paired with an entrepreneurial, can-do attitude and a strong sense of product quality.

Must have technical skills:

• Strong conceptual understanding of API service architecture.
• Open API, Microservice Architecture, and general API-based and Web-based technologies.

Must have soft skills:

• Ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts to a non-technical and technical audience in English (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with global partners to build bonds, inspire, influence, and accomplish goals.
