Responsibilities:
- Retain top customers and nurture trust in relationships over time.
- Become a strategic partner and advisor to customers, discovering new opportunities for mutual benefit.
- Liaise between clients and co-workers, maintaining strong and trusting relationships.
- Manage sales to ensure growth by discovering new opportunities with existing clients.
Qualifications:
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant fields.
- More than 3 years of experience in sales handling big accounts.
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals.
- Ability to develop trust relationships with clients and co-workers, resolve issues, and deal with complaints.
- Strategic perspective to juggle many moving parts and align with mutually beneficial strategies.
- Business acumen to understand business strategy and growth opportunities.
- Leadership skills to direct customers and manage employees at all levels.
- Skilled negotiator with confidence to negotiate under all conditions and maintain a happy team spirit.
