Responsibilities:

  • Retain top customers and nurture trust in relationships over time.
  • Become a strategic partner and advisor to customers, discovering new opportunities for mutual benefit.
  • Liaise between clients and co-workers, maintaining strong and trusting relationships.
  • Manage sales to ensure growth by discovering new opportunities with existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant fields.
  • More than 3 years of experience in sales handling big accounts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals.
  • Ability to develop trust relationships with clients and co-workers, resolve issues, and deal with complaints.
  • Strategic perspective to juggle many moving parts and align with mutually beneficial strategies.
  • Business acumen to understand business strategy and growth opportunities.
  • Leadership skills to direct customers and manage employees at all levels.
  • Skilled negotiator with confidence to negotiate under all conditions and maintain a happy team spirit.
